The facilities were good although for us the mattress on the bed was very hard. Everything else in the apartment was great. Location was a quiet area but with a Carrefour mini supermarket just over the road and very good transport links, a metro 15 minutes walk away and numerous bus stops within 200 metres it is nicely situated. The bus into the station terminus and access to other locations in the city took only 15 minutes or so. We didn’t like to go far in the evening so the only downside was the small number of restaurants within easy walking distance for a couple in their late 70s. We didn’t meet a young couple who had no difficulty with going into the centre in the evening.

This accommodation is in a lovely part of Rome. We enjoyed discovering yet another neighborhood in the fabulous city. The room was extremely clean, neat and comfortable. There were extra amenities in the kitchen that we could access external to our room. The host was kind and friendly and she met us when we arrived. She explained clearly how everything worked and how to use the keys to the property. The room was quiet at night and we slept well!

The host was the frendliest and most welcoming person we ever met. The room was extremelly clean, which we tend to be picky about. The bed sheets were spotless and there was no dust in the room. The bed was comfortable. Additionally, there was free water, tea, and coffee in the common room. The location is excelent and every well-known toursit sight can be reached easily by bus. The windows block the street noise perfectly and the shades pass very little light in the morning. There's a TV in the room with italian channels and YouTube. Overall, it was perfect :)

The host met us at a time, that were most comfortable for us. She was perfect, very welcoming and warm. The first impression was perfect, and it goes that way all the time. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The host was phenomenal, she was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic about making our stay wonderful. The facility itself was beautiful and our room had an amazing view looking out into the courtyard. Although we did not utilize them, the facility provided a lovely coffee machine, dishes, and purified water. Would highly reccomend!

Excellent Location and Room! We had a fantastic stay in this lovely room! The location was perfect, with great transport links and plenty of charming coffee shops nearby for a delicious breakfast. The petite Carrefour just across the road was super convenient. The room itself was bright, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. A big thank you to Julia, our daily room cleaner, who did a wonderful job. We'd definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Rome. Made to feel very safe considering it's within an apartment block. Lovely room, comfortable, quiet bathroom was lovely. The lady we met there was really really polite and could not be more helpful. Made us feel very much at home.

Elisa was a lovely host, contacted us prior to our travel dates and was already waiting for us when we got there. Spacious room and really clean. Comfortable beds and a big bathroom, spotless and well kept. We had a room facing the street but as soon as the windows were closed it was very quiet. We were nicely surprised as there's tea making facilities and a small fridge in the room. Also a small common area with two small tables and a free coffee machine. Breakfast at the bar next door was included in the stay, bar staff very friendly. Nice touches and we recommend it.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff spoke English, the location is very convenient to get from the Roma Termini station by bus, and Villa Borghese was also close which was nice.

This hotel is really good value for money. The hotel has a great location close to busses and a 12 minute walk from the metro. The bed is comfy, everything is very clean and our room even had a fridge which was perfect during the summer heat. There are quite a few good restaurants and ice cream places around. The hotel is next to a semi-busy road, but we only noticed when we opened the window because the traffic noise was completely shut out by the windows.
